Dance performance "Matapata"
"Matapata" is a choreographic essay by Idio Chichava with production by CONVERGE+, which portrays the Mozambican body in a state of emergency, crossed by forced displacements, loss of roots and construction of new ways of existing. Inspired by the reality lived in Cabo Delgado, this show proposes a sensitive and aesthetic journey through ruins, memories and resistance.
